My Poor baby has gone to Kitty heaven :(

Sadly, on August 29th, 2006 my poor Sweetie Pie had to be put to sleep. We knew she had a thyroid problem like Wellington did last year, but she was on medication for it. However, she got to the point where she wouldn't take her pills, she was losing her voice and then last week she just stopped eating.

Despite feeling so bad, she remained very affectionate and purred and rubbed on us constantly. In fact, if we could have gotten her to eat, we'd have delayed this decision. She hadn't eaten for 5 days however and we couldn't just watch her starve. Plus she was trying to vomit every day.

She was a wonderful pet!
